Dual boot Windows 11
Hi,

I hope someone can help me.

short:
win11 setup can't find my partitions and asks me for drivers.

details:
I bought the MP600 corsair 1TB nvme ssd for my LCD deck. Reimaged it with recovery by steam. Resized the big partition to 400mb ntfs and 120gb empty space.
the win11 setup can't find drives and asks for usb/disk drivers. I extracted all resources from steam and copied also AMD and intel rapid storage drivers on the SD card to browse for them in the win setup. nothing works. I can verify the partitions in steamOS diskmanager and play normaly with the deck.

I solved the problem. I am on linux and used 3 diffrent USB stick write apps. including an appimage of balena Etcher. All didnt install my win11 image properly.

SOLVED: when you are on linux try to use the MEDIACREATIONTOOL of MS by a VM or old spare hardware and choose CREATE BOOTABLE USB STICK.

I dont understand why other live systems like gparted, steam recovery work flawlessly while MS buggs out
