Iracing, membership, deleted cant redownload

I accidently deleted iracing but i still have the membership how can i re download it without having to buy the membership again

If you bought it on steam then you should just be able to download it again through the steam client?

if you deleted it via "Delete from my account" than you lost it

Then it's just hidden from view, not actually deleted.

Open a web browser and copy Steam://install/266410 into the address bar.

it wont work for me, says I have no valid licences, but should work fine for you.
