LOST STEAM GUARD BUUT I HAVE RECOVERY CODE

I lost my phone and unfortunately I no longer have access to my email for that account. However, I still have the recovery code for its steam guard (code with "R"). Is there any way to recover that account back, with just that code? I've been trying to find for ways but can't seem to find any.

While I haven't had to use it, I imagine it's simply using the R code when prompted for a Steam Guard code upon attempting to log into the account.

It asks for 7, the code that I received only has 6 including the R
