Took my money but no game?!
I just bought Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, and it took my $19.99. But it says there was an error, didn't say what error, or what happened, it just didn't give me the game. How to I get a refund on this, or how to I get the game I paid for?

I believe you click on RSS and hit refund, or go to steam support to see if they can help you and figure it out

What is RSS? and where would i go to find that

Go to your transaction history does it say failed?

If so then the purchase wasn't successful and the money never left your bank it is on a hold and will drop off and go back in your account in 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).

Call your bank and see if they blocked steam from making purchases. if it's a new card and a place you bank don't recognize then it will block it. Has happened to me.

If purchase was by steam wallet.

Contact steam to see if it's something on their end. Then try repurchasing the game.
