If both my wallet and my bank account are digital then why this is impossible to have my money back to my bank account if it came from my wallet then? Why there is no choice? Why it must get back to my wallet? I still don't get it.
If you did answer this question then please repeat it one more time.
Now that you know what he meant with 'wallet', this post from ReBoot should answer the question.
Because of this, Steam CAN refund money as store credit even if you paid from your bank account if you chose to, but they can not refund to you bank account if you paid with store credit.
I'm pretty sure you don't understand a concept rather than words. A refund isn't you selling a game, a REfund is a REversal of a transaction. As such, money has to go back whence it came, except store credit is a valid option.
