"Enable Animated Avatars and Animated Frames in your Friends List and Chat" No longer working properly today.
Nothing major but i noticed all animated avatars and avatar borders my friends have are completely static both in chat and on friend's list.

Except mine , mine works fine.
I have this setting ON tried to toggle it ON and OFF it made no difference.

Noticed this today , yesterday it was working fine.
Anyone else encountered this oddity?

EDIT: Yes i did try restarting.

most turn all that crap off. some even mantion take GPU or CPU way to much from so many user. ( this is even from high-end users, so not all like the new things.

1. That's not really what i asked.
2. I have not seen any effect on CPU or GPU usage when i had my Friends tab open so idk what you mean. (When the animated icons were working i mean.)

I can only ref to other comment about it, and it dont help then steam server also sometimes had been caught in things not working.
