Seeing game history and playtime.

I am trying to figure out if there is a way for me to see play times of games other than seeing the last time a game was played. I paid for a subscription through steam for three months without playing so I could rack up currency during my hiatus, but never got that currency. I didnt know it until I logged back into the game, but I don't know how to prove I didn't play the game.

Most if not all subscriptions are non-refundable.

It's for Fallout76 Fallout 1st. I don't want a refund, I just want the atoms. Gametime doesnt matter if it doesn't show when that time was. I need a way to prove that I haven't played since November of 23'. I can't do that because I started the game before I found out I didnt have the atoms, so the playtime updated to when I started it. Edit: I have receipts from where I paid for them both on steam and my emails, and I've proved that info to Bethesda support, but I feel like I'll still need to prove that I didn't spend them, so I need to prove that I didn't play the game during those months
