Are you sure? I know they restore posts that the Mods removed, I have had that happen many times myself.
Though I never tried it with comments, so I couldnt say.
But at the end of the day the answer is the same: it doesn't work.
The thing is: it's not your account. You cant just ask Steam to do things to another account.
If I delete something, I want it to be gone. Would be kind of weird if someone could just open a Ticket and restore it without my permission.
My experience for comments is they never. Not sure if its a difference in the back end. I know for game hubs when a comment is deleted we cant see it at all anymore, so its possible they cant be restored but it might just be policy.
What do you mean? It is my account. The person that passed away commented on MY account and I had deleted it. It's only one comment and I think it was just a cat with a heart. So yeah.
You can not pay anyone for this to happen. As mentioned, you can try to submit a ticket but nothing will come of it.
