I'm not getting Trading Cards from my game.

Hi, I'm posting this here because I have NO IDEA on how to contac Steam Support, let me explain:

I'm playing Ghost of Tsushima (pre-order), the game is supposed to drop me 5 random Trading Cards, like any other game would, but it isn't giving me anything. At the moment of posting this I have 24hrs on record, yet I haven't received a single card, and I know that there is no way I should play that much, or longer, to have just 1 dropped, that would be insane lol

When I try to contact Steam about this game it says they don't give support for some games not published by them, this being the case, so they ask me to contact Sony's support, but that is just stupid because the problem I'm having is with Steam itself not giving me the cards, Sony has nothing to do with it.

I've tried to find a way to contact them for this but I cannot find anything similar to my problem in the options they give, and I the only place where I can find a "Contact Steam Support" button is for issues with account/data deletion.

Can someone help me? Maybe a real Steam employee?

For starters the account you're posting from doesn't own Ghost of Tsushima, unless you're on the wrong account, set to private, or was family sharing the game, which only the owner of the game on the said account get the cards for their play time not anyone else.

Also for accounts related issues that is correct place to ask if it account related.

Games marked as private will not drop cards while they are private.

Edit: it only says: "the game will not show on your Steam Community profile, and any activity in the game will not show in friends' activity feeds", what does all that have anything to do with the cards a game drops? Like, that's my inventory, if I want to hide them then I can mark that as private, but at least give me the option lol

You will not receive Steam Trading Cards for the game while it is marked as Private.
