how to reset game like i just bought it pls help

i deleted important files like save files, trying to fix a game, but i accidentally permanently deleted it

game i tried fixing was db xv2

how do i reset everything fresh

You "permanently deleted the game" from your steam library? Or from your pc harddrive?

i went on userdata and deleted the save file remote thing and i cant get it back even after re installing the game multiple times

If the game didn't have cloud saves and you've deleted your local savefiles from your computer without backing them up first the save files are gone

What do you mean with reset? What changes did you made to the game you want to revert?

Uninstall and manually deleting all remaining files of the game will give you a fresh install like the first time. The only exception is if the game saved your settings in the cloud.
