Regarding items:
https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24
Your account is compromised. Your items went to the scammers account. The account warning was fake. It was designed to frighten you into doing what the scammer wanted against your own best interests. Scams often rely on fear and/or greed, because they're powerful motivators and people will often act before thinking to avoid perceived consequences or avoid missing out. And it worked.
Secure your account. Your items are gone. Valve doesn't restore items you traded away, even if you made a mistake and traded them to the wrong account. Or because you were manipulated and fooled by a scammer. Account security is your responsibility. Keep your account secure and this sort of thing won't happen.
Report the user who received your items and any other accounts involved in the scam. All you can do after that is learn the important lessons and move on.
Like I know you think you know. But the story you're telling is as old as trading itself. And while it's not absolutely impossible there's an issue with the trading system. The fact remains the "account warning" prompted you to trade. Let me guess at the wording.
"This account has violated Steam terms and will be banned in XX days/hours. You can trade your items to another account to protect them, otherwise they'll be lost forever."
At which point you were like, "Oh no, better do that right now!!!!"
Why don'y you post the text from the "account warning" and lets see if I got the jist.
That was scam, your account is compromised and you've traded with scammer bot pretending to be your "other account".
Trade go quite well, but you've traded everything with scammer.

Yes, that is the classic scam. Follow the instructions in post No.2 by Aluvard.
If steam thought you had broken some violation they just lock your account and items, they dont warn you and ask you to move them.
Follow the steps Aluvard posted to secure your account before the scammer takes it over fully.
They logged into your account, waited for you to start the trade.
They stopped the trade and then sent it to another account, showing the same name as the account you wanted it to go to.
Meaning you wouldn't notice the change and approve it to go through.
Go to your trade history and click on the profile that you traded to -- you'll notice that it wasn't your account. It might even be visible right away, since they might have changed the name and picture for the next target already.
