How to quickly delete blank screenshots?

Hello.

Before the UI update, I took a lot of screenshots in games. Then copied and deleted them from the hard drive, and all that was left to do was “clean up” the empty/blank ! icons in the Steam Screenshot Manager.

Now the matter is complicated by the fact that the removal is very slow. About 100 pictures in 30 minutes. Before the UI update, I removed 400-500 pacifiers in 20-25 minutes.


To speed up the process, I took the following ways:

#1 Replaced the original screenshots in the folder with their thumbnails, in the hope that Steam would delete them faster if they were smaller. Didn't help. Removal is still the same slow, and I have games with from 2k to 10k screenshots.

#2 Deleted all screenshots and thumbnails, leaving only 1-10 pictures. Next, in the Manager, if there were blanks with an exclamation mark, clicked “Select All” and 50 blanks were automatically selected. Removing each batch of 50 is a little faster, but still takes too long.

#3 Opened Steam, opened the Screenshot Manager, switched Steam to offline mode and only then deleted the screenshots using method #2.
Not helping at all, still slow as snail.


All this takes a lot of time. Is it possible to somehow unbind this “cloud loading check” of each individual screenshot so that blank screenshoys are deleted as fast as before.



AndI don’t want and don't intend to try methods of replacing or editing Steam files, since I’m an ordinary user and don’t want to add even more mess to my situation.
