CAN'T PROCEED TO HERO SELECTION

Hello guys, can you give me tips on how to fix my dota 2, I already got penalty on queuing because whenever I find match, and when the match need to accept, most of the time, my dota 2 stuck on hero selection mode w/o any hero to select, only just simple background. And after a minute, It back to the main menu, and I'm already penalized. I have low-end pc anyways.

Please help me fix the problem if can.
