Non Steam Game Custom Background Image Black Bars
Recently updated my monitor from 1080p to 1440p and had custom images for my non-steam games, the background that fit the banner along the top fit perfectly in 1080 now though at a larger resolution the image doesn't scale to fill but rather scale to fit meaning I have black bars on the left and right if the banner image.

is there any way to set this image to be scale to fill on the background, the resolution of the image is more than needed to fill horizontally, 3840x1240 for one example

The solution that worked for me was going into settings, Library, and unticking "Low Performance Mode". Hope this helps
