hello, i need help changing the screen settings of the Sonic Adventure game
(I have half of my computer screen broken, and I need to reduce the game window by at least х2)

Run the game in Windowed mode if it has one? Start the game using a launch parameter -windowed, if it allows for it. I'd suggest you should find the forum or info specific to that game, since not all games can run this way or have different methods of achieving it.

If you get it windowed, you can resize the window.

When you start the game it should give you the option to either start or configure settings. Try to change resolution. If it won't work go to game forum and use Search Discussions (settings, resolution) to see if there're any fixes/tips.
