Text seems out of resolution when playing in fullscreen.

A lot of games I've been playing lately have had the same issue where the text in menus looks like its been drawn on, it seems like it's something to do with the resolution but the resolution is correct on all of these games.

Also when I screenshot and look at the screenshot the issue isn't there and when I play in windowed mode it isn't there. I've searched around for anyone with a similar issue but I cant find anything related. This also happens with the Steam overlay and the same with the Uplay overlay.

It doesn't affect gameplay at all I'd just prefer the text to look better in menus and overlays.

Started off with Gmod, then Arma 2 and 3 when I played those, and I've just downloaded the crew beta and all the text is doing it, like subtitles and in game menus which is quite annoying cause there are a lot of text around the screen :(

Try a system restore to before it started.

I was about to do this but my friend mentioned that it would delete installed games etc, he helped me out and turns out it was cause i messed around with my catalyst settings too much, i set everything back to defaults and it fixed the problem thanks anyway!
