On Jul. 3rd, I received a reply. I followed the suggested steps but to no avail. So very quickly I wrote a reply notifying of the issue. However, to my surprise, the support staff who responded to my issue closed my ticket without looking at my reply.
On Jul. 14th, 6 other games went missing on my account. Utterly disappointed, I reopened the ticket, notifying of the new loss.
Then on 18th when I checked my ticket progress, to my utter disbelief, MY TICKET GOT DELETED. NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! WTF!!!
Anyone experiencing this too?
maybe they really had enough of you.
maybe if you can tell exactly what games you are missing you get a better answer.
maybe your tickets got merged but I do not know what that looks like on a support account.
tickets can get deleted by the support team. i've read some other people's posts where their tickets got deleted too. and the support staff who responded apoligized for accidently using CRM (so they call it) to delete their tickets.
did you give support a list of the games you were missing?
