Also antivirus cant see unknown things/changes done in the machine.
because I authorized the exe to download and then after I deleted it so I dont exaclty know.
If not, it did not ran. A virus scanner might be able to quarantaine it before execution.
If you did execute the file, it only copied your steamguard file to the hijacker. Delete the file, run virus scan, change passwords + security questions.
Or did your antivirus said something?
I dont know how your computer is set..... I have seen malware videos where people press a "run" button in the download prompt.... might be internet explorer..... and well, thats how a download leads to an infection right away
If your antivirus is worth its claim, you might have been saved.
No, I can't. But you can go ahead and list what else could have been infected. Not sure if it's a good idea to make every user paranoid over nothing. And guess there's no problem in this case.
