Alice: Madness Returns keeps crashing!

I bought the game about a month ago. I had been playing it fine on my PC laptop perfectly fine no problems. But then a week ago I had my laptop downgrade from windows 8 to 7. I now have Norton Anti-Virus compared to before I didn't have anything at all. When I go to play the game opens just fine. After the intro with the therapist is over and I begin to play the game crashes. EVERY time. I uninstalled it, re installed. Still does the same exact thing. Therapy dream. Talking to therapist. Crash.
HOW DO I FIX THIS

Has been fixed! For anyone else haing this problem, change the physx to low before playig the game. Then once gameplay starts you can change it back to high
