Bots keep adding me, are they phishing?

Hey guys, so I recently started posting trades on outpost, because it is my number one source for trading if I cannot make progress through trading servers. So far, two different bots added me saying something like this: (I wish I could show a screenshot)

BOT 1: Hello! My friend wants to trade with you some time! <steam profile link>

BOT 2: Hello! My friend was offering an unusual or something for trash items <steam profile link>

Are these phishing? The website is just the steam profile link.

They left me alone for a few months. Recently, a few days ago another one added me. THIS TIME, they said something like: Can you give me an honest rating? <some dota 2 website>

The second I clicked accept friend request I got a message not even a millisecond later.
