is it normal to be community banned while deleting a steam account?
My friend is deleting his account and after not logging in for 15 days he got the following message "Your profile is being forced private due to an active Community Ban on your account."

He would like to know if this is normal for people deleting their accounts or if it's him specifically.

you can't do anything involving steam community while you have a community ban.
