CS:GO video not working

Hi i have one problem i cant play CS:GO.
My problem is when i go to steam to my library i click play on CS:GO i see it its running but when i click on the game that is opened on the main panel then i hear sounds and no video i only see when i click it my deskopt help me please i want top play

Do you have multiple monitors and are they all turned on? It might be running on a different monitor.

I have laptop and no other monitors i tried restart my laptop uninstall and install CS:GO

I think there is one more thing that is doing that problem i was playing CS:GO today and my game lagged and i hear sounds but my video was lagged then i normally close the game and want to play again but then my problem happend

Does the laptop meet minimum system requirements for the game?
It still might be running on another screen, trying to, even if you don't have another screen plugged in. Some laptops have a key combination or hotkey for changing where video output displays; either on the laptop screen or an external screen. If you accidentally hit that key or typed the combination of keys that does it all you have to do is do it again for it to display on the laptop screen.

And i tried to switch between my second account and its not working here and there too
