DOTA 2 PROBLEM:
The problem tha was causing the issued is Directx9 in my case, the game can't run in DX9 mode even after I did reinstall/update my DX9, probably this issue is caused by one of the many games that I have installed added an old/broken/buggy DX9 that doesn't work properly, the solutions are 3.
1st and easiest:
Run the game at DirectX11, to do that just Right Click to Dota 2 on steam then Properties and on the General tab click "Set Launch Options" and type there -dx11
2nd solution if case the first one doesn't work.
Go to Dota 2 DLCs and download OpenGL support which is around 800mb, after it is downloaded and installed right click again on Dota 2, Properties in the General tab click "Set Launch Options" and the type there -gl and the game should run with OpenGL.
and 3rd solutions is to download Vulkan from Dota 2 DLCs and install it then set launch option
-vulkan.
I tried the Set Launch Options to dx11 and it seems to be working better now. Might require more play to know for sure. I tried L4D2 and HL2 to see if those had issues. Being that they use the same engine I thought they would, but they work fine so far.
