Can't add Total War: SHOGUN 2 to library (currently free)

I'm getting the "There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account" (or sometimes the "" error) when trying to add Total War: SHOGUN 2 to library while free. I don't have family sharing enabled either. Have also tried logging in and out, and trying via web browser. Any tips? Thanks

I just check it's not free ATM, so idk where you getting this it's free currently from. If you read it say 27th, not 18th...

I'm having the same issue. Note Blaze and I are using the Australian online store and it does say -100% off [ADD TO LIBRARY] right now

Perhaps a mistake on the Steam end?

Either you didn't read the messages or you don't understand how Steam works. On the Australian store page, which is different from your Japanese store page, Steam has listed the game as free.

Try from phone, tablet, or other PC.
Try again later.

You have until May 1st, so I suggest do what Washell said, because clearly sounds like a cache problem, because you're loading an old cache.

Weird thing, it didn't work from my Steam client, and it didn't work from my browser (that I almost never use to access Steam, so I don't see how it could have it cached), but when I went to use my phone, it acted like it was already in my library, and then it was.

Reason why sounds like a cache issue, is if you're loading page you had before, and hasn't updated like it's suppose to do. Well glad you figure it out your problem.
