I cant see my items in trade offer

Hello to everyone
I was scammed yesterday but i dont know how i didnt open antything. I have pictures of scam but i know my items not will be returned to me but i have other problem
When i open trade offer i cant see my items from my inventory, why? Myb this guy whos scammed he is change something on my profil? I am so scared now if i buy new items and this guy scam me again?
I was change my pw, my email and scan computer with malware and activate antivirus
Other guys can send me offers and skims but i cant send my items
Where is the problem, please help guys and have a nice day! :)

How to secure your account if your account credentials have been compromised:

Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change passwords from a clean computer

Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Generate new backup codes

Your items are gone.

The items aren't there anymore because the hijacker probably traded them to another account before you managed to regain access to it.

If all your items were traded, then what is there to look for? There nothing to load if you have no items.

@dr.shadows - i have new items and i cant trade them, okay maybe i cant because I bought them yesterday, but i have old graphits skins and i cant see them in my trade offer when i open trade offer
Okay, i want to know, i have new email, new pw and everything new, am i sure now?

If you've changed your email and whatever else, there's also a cooldown on trades, so... just... read up on that, and be patient.

Did you really do *all* the steps from the first post *in the order* they were posted?

So you didn't just change password and email, but you did *all the steps* in order? There are 5 steps.

If you go there: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
and see an api key than the scammer/hijacker can likely still use your account still and you are not safe.

If you do not know what api key is you should not have an api key.

The scammer/hijacker usually sets one up tho when they get control of your account. So if there is no api key, good. If there is one, revoke it. It's one of the more important steps.

The api key is what lets the scammer/hijacker do still like re-direct your trades to their scam account.. or decline trades you send, or that are sent to you, if they want, so that they can redirect the trade to themselves.

They still need you to confirm it in email, but since their bot impersonates your friend's profile look, people seem to not even realise that their trade has been redirected - even tho the trade window actually does give a warning, but most people click through very fast with only glancing.
