Want to find the Bethesda account I've linked, but "Other linked accounts" page is broken.

I was trying to find out what the username or email was to the throwaway Bethesda account I'd linked to my Steam account so that I could link my real Bethesda account and get Fallout 76, but it seems like there's no way to find out. I've reached out to Bethesda support, who couldn't help me, and I want to just ask Steam support but it's not possible.

The support page for "Other Linked Accounts", which I assume would be able to just tell me what's connected to my account, has buttons with no functions (https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/LinkedOtherAccounts). As far as I've found, there is no way to directly contact Steam support and ask them.

I feel really stonewalled here and I'd appreciate any help.
