Where do we get stickers/room effects/emoticons?
Got a message saying there's a holiday sale and I can get room effects, etc. But I can't find them anywhere. I click the link and only see games.

Edit: there was a message on the emoticon button in a group chat about "Get animated stickers and room effects in the Holiday Market".

Clicking the Holiday Market link opens up a list of games for sale. No sign of sitckers, etc.

There was the Steam 2019 Winter Sale at the end of last year, as far as I know there are no other events/sales ongoing.
You can't get the Steam 2019 Winter Sale emojis and/or stickers anymore.
