¿ como puedo solucionar este problema, al intentar ejecutar Builders of Egypt ?

Well glad you now know the reason.

Nvidia 330 only supports DirectX 10.1, not DX11 games. If this is a laptop, your only option is getting a new PC really.

On the other hand he specifically posted that the game asks for feature level 10.0, not 11.x. This means a "current" driver might offer that.

Of course, whether or not a 330 can run anything -- no idea :-)

On the other hand the system requirements are rather clear on having a GTX 770 as minimum. Even with a new driver, the 330 (mobile only) would never get the necessary performance to run the game.
