Cannot run games as administrator
Hi guys, I have searched far and wide but can't seem to find a solution for this.

None of my steam games allow me to run them as an administrator from my desktop. I have tried the right click-properties-browse local files solution and I still don't have the option to set them as admin.

For most of my games this is doesn't matter, but I have recently been trying to play Elder Scrolls Online (yes a game fraught with server issues i know) through steam and, despite having low ping and almost no lag, the game frequently disconnects during load screens. I've tried setting a static IP, port forwarding, repair/reinstall and a bunch of other suggestions with no luck, and thought maybe running the game as admin might help. If anyone has encountered anything like this and found a way through it please share!!

Have you tried posting in the ESO game hub to find a solution?

Working on that, posting here too as I noticed this is an issue across a few of my steam games as well, second paragraph is more for context here

If it is across the board, try updating/reinstalling the network (adapter) drivers.

Just updated network drivers now, unfortunately nothing has changed. Thanks for the idea though
