Family Sharing Problem

Hello, I recently added my sister to my Family Library, the problem is that my games won't register to her laptop immediately. I need to log into her account on MY Steam so that the games will appear on her device every time. Whenever my PC is off she can't play the games she already installed and asks to borrow it every time. My Steam Guard is active, and so is hers. All the necessary things and permissions are in order. We don't know how to fix it. I do have to sign in her account first on the actual steam software so that the games would pop up on her laptop.

Are you both in the new "Steam Families" BETA? If not i recommend to do so.
The new family system is much simpler. You just create a "family" and then can invite people to it, if they accept they get automatically added to the Family group and everyone in the group shares all their games with each other.
No need to login to each others PC anymore and such.
