15 day hold ☹ how to remove it i have steam guard enabled for 7days and it theres still 15day

Seven full days, not six and a bit. It will also only apply to new trades and market listings. Trades and listings already in a hold will not change.

When exactly did you activate the Steam Mobile Authenticator? Date, Time and Timezone.

but it seven full days and still not

Well the system works for everyone else. So if you're convinced it's been seven full days, sounds like you need to make a support ticket. But chances are you're rounding down and are a little bit impatient.

My guess is a few more hours, or this time tomorrow you won't have a "problem" any more.

Click steam / steam settings /security....steam guard
It should say
2FA protection on via the steam mobile app since.....then a date
