Hijacked, not hacked. You leaked your account credentials somehow.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

If you no longer have access to your account, read this:

If you've done all the steps in post #1 the hijacker is kicked out of your account and can't do anything

Security is FINE. The weakness partof any security is always the human. The hijacker got access to your account by getting your username, password and a LIVE guard code. This is often accomplished when a user logs in on a dodgy phishing website. Specific Malware can give a hijacker access to the system and the hijack pulls the login token...Token that stores the fact your logged in. Know when you load Steam and you've had it remember you so you don't have to login all the time?? That's a login token.

Ok thank you so much mister for your explanation, help and your time.. by the way i've already done all the step in post no. 1. I hope hijacker can't access my account again and buy a random item in dota2 community with my account and my wallet without my permission. we will see if I can get back my refund wallet asap and feel secure, so i can buy my games again. Of course it will never be the same again coz i cant buy the same game with the same price when i did on sale fest like before. It makes me so iritating and mad thou.
