Why's the steam client running so slow and bloated now?
Over the last year. Plus Steam Client Webhelper be in the background eating up the machine.

How high is your RAM usage right now? I have a fix if it is high...

I've not noticed anything, but my PC's aren't scraping the bottom of the barrel. And I don't have an ax to grind when a program uses 3% of my RAM.

Program requirements increase over time, pretending like this is a new phenomena might have some weaknesses as an argument.
My RAM usage for Steam was hitting 2.3GB then it rose to 4.3GB because of this file - it is bugged.

Now my RAM usage for Steam is around 600MB - 900MB.
