cant hear certain users in steam group chats

ive been having this issue for a few days now, but i cant hear certain users when in voice calls. i can hear one friend, but i cant hear the other. leaving and rejoining doesnt seem to fix the issue. I'm not sure what caused this issue but i cant figure out how to fix it.

Most use echo voice check from discord to hear own system settings is okay.

Its one of them things most user have learn over time, first things to check own system.

Skyoe also have this, but most gamers use discord, sense multi player games with many players is common today.

if you know it work there then recherck steam settings or contact steam support.
