Unable to Link Youtube Account

Whenever I attempt to link my youtube account, I will get the following error "This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"

I'm still of the mindset that secondary video hosts need to be supported since we have in multiple occasions saw the inadequacy of supporting the one platform and absolutely nothing else

it can only be linked via browser and not via steam.

And when it stops working again, we'd likely wait yet another half-year for the YT integration to be fixed. I still think that having a backup video host would allow people to continue linking videos to their Steam account independently from YouTube

I certainly don't think so. I'm glad I did the video thing when I did otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get the community leader badge. They seriously need to be more attentive or give multiple video hosting options.

it works now, just use any web browser insted of steam client for linking your youtube account.

Yeah just use a normal browser.
You can use steam to get your url page and quickly use that.
Go to your profile -> Videos -> Right click -> Copy URL -> Paste into chrome/firefox etc
Click Link your youtube account -> Sign in -> Add videos

Or use this and type your steam profile url instead of mine.
