Unable to Link Youtube Account

Whenever I attempt to link my youtube account, I will get the following error "This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"

Facebook linking doesn't make sense since Facebook isn't really a gaming platform. Also more and more people these days don't even have Facebook. It's being seen increasingly and "the old people" platform.

It was a feature in the past and was bugged after it was 'removed', which is what people guess is going to be the case with YT videos.

Good thing i found this thread even though i knew http 500 ain't on my end but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, having to use a specific time of day to link your account is so hilarious

It may not even last too. It's totally possible that it randomly stops working entirely if they change something in the forum software backend.

That's exactly why i'm going to try and upload my stuff ASAP before coming Tuesday. That day is regular maintenance as many people know and they can either fix/break a lot of stuff during or after.

There's something seriously wrong on google's end. At the moment, I can't log into a google account in chrome at all because something is completely blocking it (and I got all extensions disabled). I get a "form error 400-whatever-bla" but I can log-in using Opera without issues.

Why do they so regularly take steam down anyway? Most companies only do maintenance periods of full outage every once in a while, not every Tuesday. Like WTF are they doing?
