Unable to Link Youtube Account

Whenever I attempt to link my youtube account, I will get the following error "This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"

They did not, it is only accesable when the servers reset.

I don't know where or why you should connect them but if this is true seems the problem is on Valve's side

I dont believe this issue is Valve. Its a google/youtube issue. Same thing with rumble and synchronize. It wont sync unless its 0300 EST. Some kind of legal issue.

But facebook and twitter are not google related

My bad, didnt know you could link facebook and twitter videos. I was just speaking of the youtube issue.
