Unable to Link Youtube Account

Whenever I attempt to link my youtube account, I will get the following error "This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"

Google just revamped it's third party log-in screen into a better(?) version, maybe that's what screwed things up on Steam's end. I must note tho that the desktop version of the feature had not been working for me for like a whole year at this point and even before it stopped functioning altogether, the only reliable way for me to add yt videos to my profile was through the smartphone app which for some reason kept working perfectly.

Idk, maybe the desktop Steam browser code is getting outdated and the app was using a newer version of it.

You have to use a different browser than Steam's browser, like Firefox or Chrome when adding videos.

Quoting myself because while it would be nice in the short-term for YouTube support on Steam to be fixed, supporting multiple video platforms would be a MUCH better long-term solution. And also to draw more attention to the thread I made regarding the adding of other video platforms

I tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and the Steam app. None of them work. If it were a browser related problem, then yes, changing browsers would fix it, but it doesn't. Either Steam's ancient web browser has finally become incompatible with youtube or it's the new login screen thingy that broke it.
