Contacting Steam Support E-Mail?

Hello!

I have a problem that a gift i got from my sister that accidentally was sent and then accepted (by me ) on my partner's Steam account instead of my own and i would like to have it on my account, (it hasn't been played or started) now the problem I´m asking for help about is that non of the descriptions in the "fix-it-yourself-support" fits my problem and i can´t find an email address to get in contact whit steams support.

So does anybody know how i could get in contact with Steam about my problem?

The person who got the gift needs to start the refund process, your sister will get her money back.

note it’s not possible to accept a steam gift on the “wrong” account

Meaning you purchased it via a 3rd party which cannot be refunded or transferes

The ONLY way to contact Steam support is via the ticket system.
So if you have an issue with something you bought on Steam you can use a ticket to ask about it.
If you did not buy it on Steam, then Steam support cannot help you.
