Issues linking YouTube to Steam

I'm trying to link my YouTube account to my Steam account to upload a video. After completing the Google oAuth, it redirects me to https://steamcommunity.com/id/robuxtrex/videos/add where I get an HTTP 500 error.

Is everyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

As if I need another platform to monitor where I upload my content. I'd rather just post it to yt or fansly. Tired of checking enough sites as it is. They should just solve the current issue. No need to stress devs with yet another unneeded feature.

Considering that natively linking videos on the Steam client hasn't been working since 2020, and browsers since the past few months, I think we're well past the point of insisting that having YouTube and nothing else is sufficient when there's enough of an argument in favour of supporting more platforms.

Hence why I mentioned fansly. They dont moderate ♥♥♥♥. I can stream whatever H game I want

Just making an observation... but are we really the only ones having this problem? this is the largest gaming platform in the world, you think it would be a few more people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

So with that observation made, why would we, as in the few people looking for a solution that no one else seems to be suffering from, be having a problem with uploading videos from our personal YouTube account?


All I'm doing is trying to post videos of mod footage, and my random soundtrack ensures it will never be able to make money (that's fine, the soundtrack and mods are more important)
