Why my steam games desktop icons keeps shrinking?

Take a look at this:

After GPU driver updates this keeps happening almost all the time on some random Steam games icons. They seem to lose their size.
The only workaround I found is to download the app called "Icons Viewer", then open .exe file of the game that has this issue, extract the icon manually and then, in the properties of the icon change to this manually extracted icon.

Any tips on how to fix that without all these steps?
p.s. I run my PC on Windows 10

Interesting point. Especially if considered the fact of GPU drivers reinstalation.

other crazy idea, do you have 125% zoom before and now its back at 100%.

scaling and layout in windows, i have seen such , Browser game was bigger then normal until i notice the diffrence.
