Help me with cash on delivery
I tried purchasing phasmophobia using cash on delivery but the option is not available when I
try to select cash as payment method. I cant even see that option. Please help me.

there is no "cash on delivery" payment option on Steam, at least for digital goods such as games.

If it's not listed as a payment method it is NOT a payment method. You need to pay using one of the options available

What exactly is the "delivery" you are expecting after you buy a digital game?
