BF1 on steam vs EA app

I already own BF1 on the EA app but not the dlc packs. It's on sale on steam right now for the full game and the dlc so I plan on buying it on steam just so all my games are in one place. Does anyone know if this will mess up any data or cause any issues because I already own the game on EA and not steam because I will effectively own the main game twice?

No. You'll get all the previously earned achievements at once when you start playing though.
