Steam won’t let me buy a dlc even tho I own the base game?

Basically I’m trying to buy the assetto corsa Japanese dlc but it won’t let me buy it because I don’t own the base game even tho i do and also I own every other dlc the game has help please!!!!

When you look at the dlc list does it show you owning the rest of the dlc's?

Did you buy the base game ON Steam? If you purchase it else where and then redeemed a Steam key it won't work.

Buy base on Steam and you can buy the DLC on Steam.

Redeemed key for base game and you must use a Steam key for the DLC
