How to rip 'sound.itap' files?

I'm trying to rip the audio from a game, the game being 'Neverending Nightmares' so I can use some of the audio for a Opera GX mod that I want to create using the game's assets, however, the game's audio is linked to a file called 'sound.itap' and I don't know what software I can use to get the audio. Does anyone have any ideas for software, or any way to help me figure this out?
