Be banned if I buy Elden Ring from Venezuela using a VPN
I will be banned if I buy Elden Ring using a VPN?
As you may already know, elden ring is not available in Venezuela, so I was wondering if I can use a VNP to buy the game, could I be banned? Suppose that one day I went on a trip to the USA and opened my Steam account to buy Elden Ring, but the next day I returned to Venezuela, there shouldn't be any problem, right?
Or would the game be in my library but I couldn't run it?

Do not use a VPN to bypass region restrictions.

You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions on game content, to order or purchase at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose. If you do this, Valve may terminate your access to your Account.
