At the top right login to your Steam account
In your profile scroll down to videos.
Click on Link youtube
then click on access youtube
choose your youtube acount
Steam Community wants to access your Google Account
ALLOW
Next page
Successfully linked your YouTube account
Shows a small preview of your video with a small box to tick
1. Select video(s) to add.
2. Associate the video(s) with a game.
After you select the videos from the left. (Optional)
3. Add it to your profile.
Add video << green button
Note: In order to add videos from your YouTube account, they must be set to Public visibility and they must allow embedding.
If you just added a video to your YouTube account and don't see it in the list, try refreshing it by clicking the button below.
Go back to your Steam client in your windows AND OPEN YOUR PROFILE >VIDEOS> THE NEWLY added video should now be there.

And my YouTube video is public, HD and fully encoded, properly tagged with the game in the Game Tag, embed and comments enabled, no restrictions..... But it just refuses to realise I am me and fully boot to allow video upload.
I have a headache because I am following all the 'Browser Only, sign in, enable access, correct tagging, public/embed enabled' etc tips and it just won't work.
Weird bug all of a sudden. Yesterday everything worked fine.Now it is like this all the time:
"This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
