Do everything from your browser. Don't copy any URLs, browse to your Steam profile (its video library) directly.

i said ive done that already. after hitting link account in my web browser it tries to redirect me to steam videos and stuff but it just tells me "this page isnt working" with an http error

I want you to NOT copy the URL but to navigate to your Steam profile from your browser, without copying any URLs.

Have you uploaded a video to youtube? first.?
Then open Steam in your browser.
Here click on this link.
https://store.steampowered.com/

At the top right login to your Steam account
In your profile scroll down to videos.
Click on Link youtube
then click on access youtube
choose your youtube acount

Steam Community wants to access your Google Account
ALLOW

Next page
Successfully linked your YouTube account
Shows a small preview of your video with a small box to tick

1. Select video(s) to add.
2. Associate the video(s) with a game.
After you select the videos from the left. (Optional)
3. Add it to your profile.
Add video << green button
Note: In order to add videos from your YouTube account, they must be set to Public visibility and they must allow embedding.

If you just added a video to your YouTube account and don't see it in the list, try refreshing it by clicking the button below.

Go back to your Steam client in your windows AND OPEN YOUR PROFILE >VIDEOS> THE NEWLY added video should now be there.

Same thing here and I am frustrated lol I'm signed into the YouTube account on two browsers, Chrome and Edge. Going directly to the Videos page via Steam Web. Managed to link my YouTube account, but "continue with this account" bounces back to error 500.

And my YouTube video is public, HD and fully encoded, properly tagged with the game in the Game Tag, embed and comments enabled, no restrictions..... But it just refuses to realise I am me and fully boot to allow video upload.

I have a headache because I am following all the 'Browser Only, sign in, enable access, correct tagging, public/embed enabled' etc tips and it just won't work.

what i did was i unlinked the account. so go to the part where you link your youtube account, it told me i had an account linked but it wouldnt show me the videos. so i just had to unlink it about 3 different times and re-link it and it eventually fixed itself and worked. just gotta keep spamming it

Same error with YT, unlinked/linked under Windows and under Linux, different browsers, different machines, unfollowed all groups.Unliked and linked several times-does not help.
Weird bug all of a sudden. Yesterday everything worked fine. Now it is like this all the time:
"This page isn’t working steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

this does not make a difference in any way, regardless the service is broken due to a google API update that steam decided not to fix
