Question about buying 4-pack game

Do the other three go into my inventory as tradeable item / coupon?
Are they region restricted?

Yes. They are in the Steam tab of your inventory.

Depending on what country you are in, maybe. Some are region restricted and some aren't.

ahhh an update, in the last page of game purchase it does specify the region limitation. It says

"Notice: Extra items granted by purchases of Project Zomboid 4-Pack will be added to your Steam inventory and can be sent as gifts to friends. Any copy sent as a gift can only be activated by the recipient if their Steam account is in .........................."

It shouldn't have any region restrictions. If it does, it should tell you upon checkout.

because the price of the 4-pack in my region is only a little above 19 USD after conversion. I assume this is cheaper than the other regions thus the annoying restriction,

Single game is 7 bucks
