And as pointed out Steam has a Middle East region, so that's where the OP needs to get keys for.

A developer/publisher may split distribution of their game however they see fit and call it by whatever makes sense to them. Asia typically refers to the South East region and maybe may not include specific countries in that region.
It's not always as cut and dry as you think it is.
There is no such price region as "Asia" on Steam. There is South Asia region and MENA (Middle Ease and North Africa) regions but Israel isn't part of either as Israel is it's own price region where items are priced in Israels own currency, New Shekel.
Do not bypass Steam's filters as doing so may result in a community ban. That site is intentionally censored as it's involved in lot of scams and is not official key reseller.
